L’unico fornitore in Alto Adige del Guest Pass è il Consorzio Mobilità, nominato come ente unico di coordinamento in conformità con la delibera della Giunta Provinciale sopra citata. I dettagli dei servizi aggiuntivi associati al Guest Pass e le condizioni di utilizzo dello stesso sono comunicati dal soggetto terzo responsabile dell’emissione e della gestione del Guest Pass. I dati personali forniti saranno trasmessi al Centro Unico di Coordinamento Carte Ospiti al fine di consentire la creazione e l’utilizzo del Guest Pass e l’erogazione dei relativi servizi. In relazione al rilascio del Guest Pass, i suoi dati saranno trasmessi al Consorzio Mobilità, con partita IVA 02735170215 che, in qualità di titolare della carta ospite e centro unico di coordinamento, agisce come autonomo titolare del trattamento; èpossibile inviare una e-mail a privacy@moko.bz.it.
